Marketing Manager (1)

The Marketing Manager holds an important position in the overall administrative structure of Bridging West.

The successful applicant will have some specific responsibility to work with the Chairman, Office-In-Charge, Executives, Business Development Manager and the Leadership Team to promote the B West within the students, guardians and professionals and wider community by conducting the B West public relations program.

Responsibilities of this role including but are not limited to the following:

Ø      Develop successful marketing strategy and campaign for unique services of B West

Ø      Be able to create in-depth analysis and report for different marketing strategies

Ø      Drive innovative marketing initiatives

Ø      Guide and lead our marketing team to success

Ø      Perform other duties as assigned by proper authorities

Ø      Execute flawlessly

The following skills and attributes are required for this role:

Ø      Understand the current market of the business segment

Ø      Prior marketing and management experience

Ø      Ability to assume leadership role and guide teams to towards success

Ø      Be flexible and quick to respond to dynamic changes of business segment

Ø      Strong work ethics

Ø      Ability to work independently and make decisions

Ø      Positive and team player attitude

Ø      Basic computer literacy

Ø      Bachelor or higher degree in related discipline with good result
