Customer Support Team
Leader (1)
The Customer support
team leader will lead our excellent customer support team for better efficiency
and customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will have some specific responsibility and also work
with the Chairman, Office-In-Charge, Executives, Business Development Manager
and the Leadership Team to promote the B West within the students, guardians and
professionals and wider community by conducting the B West public relations
program.
Responsibilities of this role including but are not
limited to the following:
Ø
Lead our excellent team of customer support
representatives (CSR)
Ø
Identify ways to serve and satisfy our
customers better
Ø
Prepare training materials and organize
training sessions for CSR
Ø
Help customers professionally with their needs
Ø
Perform other duties as assigned by proper
authorities
The following skills and attributes are required for
this role:

Excellent customer service skill
Ø
Effective interpersonal communication and
people management skills
Ø
Must be able to handle all types of customers
very professionally
Ø
Good leadership and mentorship skills
Ø
Strong work ethics
Ø
Positive and team play

Basic computer literacy
Ø
Bachelor degree
preferably in business discipline
